I created this from Creative Scrappers sketch #140.
Journaling reads: I am an ice cream girl and totally not impressed with this cake. Don't you know me at all?!!

One hour layout challenge
Practical Scrappers held a one hour challenge tonight based on a sketch. This is what I came up with...
It took me 37 minutes (and I think half of that was spent cutting out the inside of the diecut)!

First Snow Day
I have no idea why I had never done this layout before (DS is now 8!!), but I just love these pics from when he was 2. I used the Crate Paper Snow Day collection, flock, crackle paint, Stickles, and glass beads to highlight the snow because this Paper Trail Makers challenge said to. :)

Like Brother, Like Sister
I completed this layout for challenges over at XOXO (a lift of Lisa Watson, challenge sponsored by Sweet Peach Crop Shop) and PageMaps. All materials are from Sassafras.
The baby versions of my oldest and youngest resemble each other so closely that I just had to make a page about it!

Scrapdango January reveals
I am SO honored to have had the opportunity to play with the Scrapdango January Sugar kit as a guest designer this month.
I used almost the entire kit and two sets of add-ons. Seriously... I have only scraps of paper left (and not even that many!), some alphas, a couple Pink Paislee glitter stickers, and some Smootch Spritz that was part of the add-on. THAT'S IT! The entire package was awesome!
Go grab yours now... I'll wait. :)
You saw one layout made with the kit in yesterday's post. Here are the rest of my reveals...

Scrapdango Library Crop
This is my challenge for the Scrapdango Library Crop.
I WAS going to have you take a layout that you had done and weren't happy with and re-do it because I have a lot of my old ones that I don't like and wish I'd done differently.
BUT....
In the end, I just couldn't change them.
SO, I would like for you to just OLD photos (remember, this is a History challenge!) in a newly-created layout.
Here is my example {using the *amazing* Scrapdango January Sugar kit! Woot woot!}:
You have until January 23rd to complete this layout and link it in your sign in thread to earn one draw for a fabulous prize... so HURRY!
Tomorrow I'll share the rest of my Scrapdango reveals for this month!

First Reconciliation
My oldest has his First Reconciliation service tonight.
At a parent retreat in the fall, one of the activities was to write a letter to you child. But I could't just give him a LETTER!
So I made this layout, with notes from both my husband and I, inspired by all of the stained glass windows at our church.
