ICE
Just before Christmas of last year, we went to see the ICE exhibit in D.C., which we had wanted to attend for several years but couldn't for various reasons.
We had a blast!

Scrapdango July reveal
This month's Sugar kit screams Summer (and, oddly, three of my four layouts were from winter! LOL.).
I love hexagons, so I turned my double-layout into a hexagon party!
Hop on over to the store on July 5th to pick up your kit!

The sheet of Webster's Pages tags begged to be featured on a page, too:
On this next layout, I wanted to show how well the papers blended, so I punched ton of hearts and arranged them into large flowers.
And, this intertwined swirly line sheet made me think of stained-glass windows, which reminded me of the theater where I took my DD to see the Lion King. I used my exacto knife to carve out parts of it and placed different patterns behind each. Once that was set up, I spread crackle glaze over top to give it a fun stained glass look. I love how it turned out!
I also made two cards, and the end result reminded me of why I don't make too many cards... :( I am just NOT a card designer but am incredibly jealous of those that are! :)
