Love the way that the baby is enthralled with our cat! Yet again, a Scrapdango kit pulls it all together.

SCY: Baby surprise
I loved the sketch now up at Sketches: Creatively Yours.
Not surprisingly, I needed to cram more photos on the layout that the sketch called for. I pulled out pics that are over 8 years old for this one. :)

Goddaughter
I've been creating layouts for the Scrapdango blog hop this week.
Here's the first, using pictures from my goddaughter's baptism 9 years ago (how did that pass so quickly?!?!).

I used more of Crate's Restoration line and a touch of The Girl's Paperie here.

Baby feet
I loved this idea when I saw it on Becky Higgins' blog... photographing baby feet in the shape of a "v". Luckily, my little one was still little enough at the time to cooperate.
I created this layout for a Crowned competition challenge at Scrapdango.

12 month layout
I don't know why I'm only just getting to this, but here is the 12 month layout from my mostly-made-while-I-was-pregnant baby series.

Don't you know me at all?
I created this from Creative Scrappers sketch #140.

Journaling reads: I am an ice cream girl and totally not impressed with this cake. Don't you know me at all?!!

One hour layout challenge
Practical Scrappers held a one hour challenge tonight based on a sketch. This is what I came up with...

It took me 37 minutes (and I think half of that was spent cutting out the inside of the diecut)!

Scrapdango Library Crop
This is my challenge for the Scrapdango Library Crop.
I WAS going to have you take a layout that you had done and weren't happy with and re-do it because I have a lot of my old ones that I don't like and wish I'd done differently.
BUT....
In the end, I just couldn't change them.
SO, I would like for you to just OLD photos (remember, this is a History challenge!) in a newly-created layout.
Here is my example {using the *amazing* Scrapdango January Sugar kit! Woot woot!}:

You have until January 23rd to complete this layout and link it in your sign in thread to earn one draw for a fabulous prize... so HURRY!
Tomorrow I'll share the rest of my Scrapdango reveals for this month!

Halloween Pumpkin
I don't love this layout... BUT, I don't hate it as much as I did. I guess that's a good thing. I think my time for scrapping Halloween pictures had passed and I no longer had the "spirit" left for this one. I am glad to have one more story told, though.

Ain't She Sweet?
Did you catch the Beatles reference? :)
I combined two challenges, from Dixie Pieces and Scrapdango, to create this layout about my daughter wearing a dress that my grandmother made for me when I was little...

Almost everything was from the July 2010 Dixie Pieces kit.

Scrapdoodles
My semi-local SS, Scrapdoodles, is having it's first-ever design team call. I am submitting the below layouts and wall hanging. I just love this store, and I am keeping my fingers crossed to win a chance to be on their team.

Catching up on the baby book
If you remember, I premade the shell of pages for each of the first 12 months of my baby's life. She's almost 8 months, but I've only just gotten around to finishing the pages for months 4 and 5...

My Scrapbooking Supplies inspiration challenge
My challenge for the month at MSS was to create a layout based on this magazine picture...

This was my creation, about babies' random smiles being directed at angels that they can see but we can't.

We would love to see what you are inspired to make based on that pic! Submit your own, and see the other DT creations here.
